My client based in Gateshead are a large established training organisation dedicated to helping people back into work. They are expanding all aspects of there business and are going through a big recruitment drive at the moment.
The role involves working with people on 13 week jobsearch/soft skills course. Ideally candidates will be both qualified trainers/teachers and will have experience in working with people with challenging behaviour, low motivation and personal issues. The trainers will be required to work with groups of 25+ clients, 1 with group of 18 -24. Experience of group training, 1-1 training and very definitely experience of working with a very challenging learner group is essential to the role.
Person specification
Level 3 Literacy or Numeracy and/or teaching qualifications will be an advantage, although training can be provided.
